Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Who we are

Aethergrid is a software product operated by MOCH RADJA NAFFAL ALDYANSYAH, Jalan Tengah, kp, Ruko cemara.1, Jawa Barat 40218, Indonesia.

Aethergrid is a software-as-a-service product. The public website sells software subscriptions only.

The service

The subscription gives access to the Aethergrid web application for Kubernetes monitoring, cost optimization recommendations, and related cloud FinOps features described on the site. Features may evolve; material changes will be described on the website.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You may not use the service to attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency on shared infrastructure, violate law, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed in USD on a recurring monthly basis through Paddle.com. Prices on /pricing match the Paddle catalog. By completing checkout you authorize Paddle to charge the selected plan until you cancel.

You must accept these Terms before purchase. The checkout page includes a Terms checkbox, and Paddle Checkout also shows the Terms link.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: at least 30 days from the purchase / order completion date. Paddle handles returns and payment support as Merchant of Record.

Intellectual property

Aethergrid, the site, and the application are owned by MOCH RADJA NAFFAL ALDYANSYAH. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software during an active paid subscription.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as-is. Recommendations are advisory; you remain responsible for applying changes to your infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
